According to our research, the Ultron UH114-8 is a 200mm wafer mounter with temperature controlled platten. This Wafer/Frame Film Applicator offers a high degree of control and versatility for your mounting requirements in affordable and easy to use benchtop package. It offers bubble-free lamination to all sizes of wafers and types of film frames. It powers on and the green 3x3 platten heats up. It comes with a second 6x6 platten. Also included are 4 holders. The blue cover is cracked at the handle and is yellow taped. The square door cover requires set screws on both sides to stay in place. The unit has light surface wear. It is offered as pictured. We have no expertise to fully test it. Original price for this instrument was $11,641!
