These are NEW / UNUSED surplus in excellent condition

* 4 bolt mounting 1.600 inch X 1.200 inch
* Dimensions 5 3/4 inch X 1 7/8 inch wide X 4 inch high
Ports are all O-ring compression type, port diameter is .310 inch , valve must be bolted to a manifold block, see pics.
With handle centered there is no flow thru any of the ports. With handle in position #1, flow thru pressure port exits thru Cylinder 1 port, Cylinder 2 port is opened to exhaust port. With handle in position #2, flow thru pressure port exits cylinder 2 port, cylinder 1 port is opened to exhaust port. There is a schematic diagram on the side of valve, 3rd pic shows the schematic. The handle is NOT spring loaded to center.
