Skf microlog vibration spectrum analyzer data collector
This instrument has been used by only one person since new and is in a very good working condition,though the case is faded in places where the padded nylon case has been rubbing. The CMVA10 has been well proven for field use it is easy to use and very reliable. It is ideal for a smaller plant with say 200-400 machines and is capable of collecting 500-700 data points a day.
* Collection of vibration data to upload to SKF software or other CMMS programs with suitable drivers (i.e. DMSI-MAINtelligence)
* Machinery vibration analysis in acceleration, velocity and displacement in Imperial or Metric units in 0-Peak, Pk-Pk or RMS
* Acceleation enveloping to detect bearing faults or gear tooth wear with correct choice of one of the 4 filters depending on rotational speed.
* Split scren displays of Time/Frequency which are ideal for slow speed bearing analysis and "bump" tests.
* Order displays of rotational speed and bearing defect harmonics.
* Field balancing using either single plane, static-couple or influence coefficient methods
* Structural analysis for base/frame deflection, resonance etc using fixed phase reference on machine shaft and mobile accelerometer.
* "Bump" tests for resonance (SKF application notes included).
* Electric motor/current defects using AEMC Hall effect current clamp.
