This is a small DuMore Drilling Fixture, Cat No. 20-011. Comes with a No. 0 Jacobs chuck, also a fixture plate thats 8" X 6" and is drilled and tapped with mounting holes. It's designed to automatically drill small diameter holes. These are very rare to find used. It has a foot pedal to activate the drilling cycle.
