Castrol ILOFORM 7405 Vanishing Oil & Dewatering Fluid
Castrol Iloform 7405 is a mobile, solvent-based fluid for blanking and light stamping and forming ferrous and nonferrous
sheet metals. It is also an effective cleaner, displacing water from surfaces while cleaning them of oil, grease and similar
contaminants, but leaving no perceptible film after evaporation. Iloform 7405 possesses powerful dewatering properties
that resist the adverse effects of alkaline or acid contamination. It is designed for applications where anti-corrosion
protection is not needed. Iloform 7405 is ideal for drying articles that cannot be subjected to heat but will be
subsequently painted or otherwise protected from corrosion.
