* Inspect the package upon delivery. If you believe the packaging is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier at time of delivery and to write this on the paperwork.
* Photograph all damage to the item and the package and save the packaging.
* Cooperate with the filing of paperwork and any inspection of the damage as required by the freight carrier to process a claim.
