-Sharpen an Infinite Variety of Drill Points on drills from 1/16" to 3/4" (1.5mm - 19mm)
-Create any Point Angle from 90 to 180 degrees.
-Clearance Angles from 0 to 30 degrees.
-Nine Different Point Styles, Including:
-Point angel adjustment: 90 to 180 deg
-Points grinding accuracy: meets or exceed national aerospace standard 907 lip height of .002" TIV
-Grinding wheels type: Sharpening CBN & point-split CBN
-Average Cycle Time: Typically a 1/16" drill bit can be sharpened within 30 seconds and
a 3/4" drill bit will take up to 60 seconds
material removal is adjustable
