Pouchmaster semi-automatic package sealer
The Pouchmaster can handle two of your pouches per machine index. Index cycle time is 1.5 seconds plus fill and seal. The workcell can be operated with technically unskilled operators. Below is the process by which the PouchmasterPouchmasterPouchmaster ABS System operates, and will process your pouches. Operation:
1. Two pouches will be picked from the pouch magazine feed system.
2. At Station I, two pouches will be opened for product insertion.
3. At Station II, additional station for product insertion.
4. At Station, III, simultaneous to the operation at the other stations, the filled pouches will be picked from the indexing head and inserted into the bar sealer for sealing and optional emboss coding.
5. Upon completion of the seal cycle, the pouches will be released and transported via chute to the collection device of your choice.
6. This cycle is repeated automatically.
Should any of the critical menu driven parameters (temp, press, dwell) exceed the preset limit checks, the Pouchmaster will STOP processing and an Audio/Visual alarm will alert the operator. The pouches will remain in place until the problem has been corrected. After correction, the reset button is initiated and the cycle automatically continues.
For medical packaging the Pouchmaster will handle Tyvek or Foil pouches.
The Pouchmaster is on wheels for easy movement.
