This appears to be a lens made for wide field closeup magnification. The company this came from makes laser machines used in production environments. This lens looks to have been used to view items needing a wide area to view. You get an amazing amount of magnification at a considerable distance from a given object. I don't really know much about this lens, and it has no markings that tell of its size or aperture. I've seen a lot of lenses, and this one is special.
