Binks concept 2-fluid spray system & mach 1 pc hvlp gun

This is a Concept 2-fluid spraying system made by Binks Manufacturing Company of Franklin Park, IL in good used condition. It is a pneumatic pumping and spraying system consisting of a central control unit and a spray gun. The control unit houses two Flojet 5100-040 pumps, each capable of pumping 1.9 GPM, designed for use with solvents, paints, and chemicals, with acetal-delrin wetted parts. There are air and fluid inlets and outlets for two different fluids, each with its own regulator and pressure gauge. Each outlet, as well as the main gas inlet, has its own valve to start or stop flow. Both gas inlets connect to the same internal line, so the system can be one with only one input if your compressor is big enough. The Flojet pumps draw .77 SCFM each, max. The gun is a Binks BBR Mach 1 PC HVLP two-component gun with a specially designed catalyst injector. This injector is mounted through the air cap of the gun where it is atomized. It is used primarily for catalyst-activated adhesives. The system is in good physical shape. I tested the pumps and the regulators, and both pumps work, although I can’t measure how fast they pump. The gun is clean and all parts move smoothly, and I can’t see any reason why it won’t work well. The 1/16” hose for the number 2 line broke where it connects to the outlet, and when I tried to disconnect the hose from the end fitting, the fitting broke, so you will need to get a new fitting. Also, the screen filter inside the number 1 filter housing is damaged and should be replaced. The plastic auxiliary fluid reservoir on top of the unit is cracked, but still holds liquid at the moment.
