1500 POUND CAPACITY SLIDE-ON TINE BAR
This slide-on tine bar is made completely out of heavy-duty steel, fully hand DC TIG and stick welded, and weighs in at a hefty 120 pounds. The tubes, which the tines themselves consist of, are .100" wall, 2" x 3" tube. The rear tube, which the tines themselves weld to, is a slice of 0.250" wall 2" x 3" rectangular tubing. The sockets that slide over your existing clamp-on fork set are made of 0.250" wall 3" x 4" tubing and 0.375" plate. The clamping bolt is a faced piece of 1"-5 TPI Acme threaded rod which has been faced on the clamping end to ensure an accurate, sucure clamping action. The clamping bolt threads into a large Acme threaded nut, which fits into a plasma cut hole, and is welded on both sides of the 0.375" thick plate. The handle is 6" long and slides freely inside a machined bushing. This slide-on tine bar is very well made and will give many years of trouble free use. When installed over a set of clamp on forks, this item makes a platform that has an overall width of 52" and depth out 36". Custom dimensions are available, as are stand alone clamp-on versions, so please make sure to call if you riquire a different size or configuration of any of the items that Silver Lake Fabrication offers. This tine bar will come painted gloss black with the yellow SLF insignia on it.
