USED: J C Pardo & Sons dual motion vacuum kettle, 250 gallon, 316 stainless steel, vertical. 48" diameter x 49" deep. Internal rated FV or 20 psi at 250 deg F. Clamp down dished hinged top cover, jacketed hemi bottom rated 15 psi at 250 deg F. Dual motion agitator, sweep anchor style with scrapers, driven by a 5 hp Reeves varispeed, inner bar agitator driven by a 15 hp DC motor. Approx 3" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 legs.
