This anti-siphon valve is an essential accessory to any vacuum pump or recovery unit application.
The anti-siphon valve prevents the cross-contamination of vacuum pump oil and the compressor oil in the A/C or refrigeration system being serviced.
Mixing of vacuum pump oil and compressor oil can cause premature failure in the A/C or refrigeration system.
Allows for flow only one way towards the vacuum pump or recovery unit.
If the vacuum pump or recovery unit is turned off, the flow will not go back into the system!!!
