Welcome. Most of these tools, I don't even know what they are for. They were in a machinists tool box that I acquired some years ago, and I never did anything with them. The hammer at the bottom has a hollow handle in which the two pieces lying at the end of the handle fit into. There are 4 small containers which contain some leads, a couple of pair of snips, I don't know what the metal blocks, or dowels are for. The whole package weighs about 8 pounds.
