Simco Aerostat Guardian CR Cleanroom Ionizer 4007165
Provides fast static charge decay efficiency over an entire work surface area. Equipped with task lighting (twin 13W compact fluorescent tubes), an ionization indicator light, and an integrated heater (air temperature: 25°F - low; 11°F - high), the Guardian offers user-friendly operation while effectively protecting even the most sensitive components from ESD damage. Features patented inherent balance to 0 ±5V and built-in emitter point cleaners. Operates on AC technology to provide stable balance performance over long periods of use. Combined three-fan air volume output is 150-300 CFM (low to high) with an effective coverage area of 2' x 4'. Discharge time is 3 sec. (1000V to 100V) at 18". Cleanroom Model 4007165 is designed specifically for use in Class 100 and higher cleanrooms. Ducts enclose the ionizers and each fan is tested for cleanliness to ensure that only clean air exits the unit. The Guardian CR has sophisticated internal monitoring circuitry which provides assurance that the unit is ionizing and that the balance circuit is functioning. Both units measure 42-3/4"W x 4"H x 6-3/4"D and weigh 16 lbs.
