These manuals cover the Tektronix Model 7104 oscilloscope frame plus a substantial number of plugins (see list below). They are all scanned from the original Tektronix commercial manuals. The scans came out well, and all information available in the original manuals is available here.
Two PDFs of the Oscilloscope Mainframe manual are provided, in two resolutions. One is:
Text with Drawings at 600dpi black and white
Schematics at 600dpi black and white
Text with photos at 600dpi grayscale with contrast adjusted
Any Schematics, board overlays with color notes at 600dpi 256 colors
The second 'Scope Mainframe scan is done in resolutions that vary depending on individual page content, but are never higher than needed to produce a useable quality, quickly navigable file that will do the job without consuming more time and resources than are needed.
For the mainframe manual, foldout pages that contain images larger than 8.5x11" are also supplied as A3 (17x11") sheets in separate (bookmarked) "foldout.pdf" documents in both resolutions. Supplying them in separate documents precludes the annoying page resizing that can occur in documents that mix different page sizes in a single PDF. In the "main" PDF, the foldouts are also present, sectioned into 8.5x11" sheets for ease of printing on more common printers.
The mainframe PDFs are fully bookmarked, extensively hyperlinked, and feature both chapter-page and sequential page numbering.
