A Heavy duty production type hollow chisel mortiser.
The heavy cast iron construction of the column, table, base and cross slide provides maximum rigidity for efficiency, accuracy and clean cutting.
The long operating lever controls the mortising head downfeed. The head travels on dovetail slideways for precision and is counter balanced for ease of operation and minimum fatigue.
1HP 220 volt motor is standard and is equipped with a magnetic switch.
The specially designed single hand-wheel control for both longitudinal and lateral table movements ensures convenient, fast and accurate table adjustments.
The 2 position stock clamp provides fast and secure clamping operations for a variety of stock sizes.
