This item is a very heavy duty spindle assembly for your Mill or Lathe.
Out Diameter of the body is: 7cm
In Diameter of the shaft on one side is: 13mm
In Diameter of the shaft on the other side is: 19mm
It has a very nice set screw tap hole on the 19mm side so you can attach your tooling to it.
It has a piece of aluminum which can be used to detect the position or maybe used in conjuction with an optocoupler to make a tachometer out of it for RPM detection. Please see the third picture for an example of the tachometer.
The motor that ran this on the original equipment was 3000 RPM, but I do not know anything about the spec of the spindle itself, but it moves very smoothly.
Mounting brackets are extra $20 for a pair, please look at the picture for details.
