This carrier is navy blue with the nylon quilted pattern and is designed as an outer carrier for front and back ballistic panels. The size is listed as MR which I am guessing means medium/regular because that is my size. I am female although I do not believe that makes a difference on the sizing for these. The outershell is 100% nylon and the lining is 50/50 polycotton. The interlining is 100% fiberfill. I did not use this carrier for long (maybe three months) and it is in excellent condition. The front of the carrier has three front pockets (two open topped pockets on the bottom and one with a velcro closure flap on the left breast side. The left breast pocket has the two holed nylon strap for your badge and the right breast side has the two holed nylon strap for your name tag. It has a zip front for access to the front ballistic panel and velcro side stretch closure.
