USED: ADM Stainless Inc kettle, 1057 gallon, model CV, stainless steel, vertical. 65" diameter x 72" straight side. Dished top and bottom. Internal rated 5 psi at 212 deg F, side wall and bottom head dimple jacketed, rated 100 psi at 338 deg F. Top agitator with a 3 blade turbine, driven by a 1 hp gearmotor, ratio 15.3:1. Openings: top (2) 1", 2", (2) 3", 6", 18" manway; approximate 3" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Built 2001.
