This is a new, never used Micrell Antibacterial Lotion Soap dispenser. It comes with complete instructions for mounting on the wall. It can be mounted with screws or mounting tape (tape is included, screws are not). This system does not need a key to be refilled. I do not have the box that this came in, but it has everything needed to use it
