This cabinet has been repainted and has a spring loaded hinged multi-lock drawer locking device on the right hand side of the cabinet, and a regular hinge lock on the left.. All drawers slide in and out easily and have some dividers and partitions.
This is a used cabinet with normal dings and scratches.
