This kit was surplused by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), and it is in excellent condition. Everything is there except the smoothing roller which is just a simple brayer like you would find in a crafts store. I have not tried to charge the battery in the electrostatic unit, but I would guess (and you should assume) that it needs replacing. The unit operates just fine off the AC adaptor. Cosmetics are excellent except for some abrasions on the bottom of the carrying case. Includes electrodes, grounding plate, several sheets of film, boots, flashlight, razor knife, scissors, instructions, etc. You can learn more about this kit at the Kinderprint website.
