Designed for electrical, electronic, andmechanical applications requiring barsolder that meets or exceeds the requirementsof QQ-S-571-F, ASTM B32, andANSI/J-STD-006. Kester E-Bar providesfor thorough metallic continuity, increasedfluidity, and reduced surface tension.
All Kester bar solders are made from Grade A virgin metals andmanufactured under a controlled processto produce a high purity, uniformlyalloyed bar solder. Quality requirementsare much stricter than military andASTM specifications to meet the needsof today's automated electronicssoldering operations. Impurities suchas copper, cadmium, zinc, aluminumand iron are at a minimum. Themanufacturing process also minimizesmetallic oxides and virtually eliminatessulfur, non-metallic inclusions, andother possible contaminants.
