ITEM: Total Control Systems (TCS) Air Eliminator, Model 640, All Stainless Steel Body and Internals, 1-1/2" Flanged (ANSI Class 150 flange dimensions). Automatically allows air to exhaust through an air relief fitting at the top of the unit and stops relieving when liquid reaches the float and closes the relief port. The 640 Air Eliminator is used on TCS Series 682 meters (NOTE: these products were formerly manufactured by TOKHEIM and are manufactured by TCS since 1995) AND may also be used in any application that requires air removal before ANY other positive displacement (PD) meter such as Neptune, LCI, Tokheim, etc., or certain valves and other instruments. Weight empty: 67 lbs.

"The Total Control Systems 640 Series Air Eliminator provides an outlet for trapped air, as from empty hoses. When liquid product reaches the air eliminator, it floats a poppet into a valve seat, shutting the air eliminator off."
