As you can see in the photos, this device is a large bucket with steel combs attached to an axle and is turned with the crank handle and , voila, you’re splattering paint or doing stucco…The amount of splatter is adjustable with a bar on the inside…
Seems to have never been used….
Great for reproducing vintage finishes…
