After 40 years in the cutting tool business, we think we know the most common sizes that people need.
This Lista cabinet is gently used and in good condition. It was used in our mobile showroom. It is missing a lock, and the drawers could use a little oil, but it is in nice, working condition. All 7 drawers have side safety locks.
This kit includes the following sizes. However, it's important to note: We can create any kit you want in whatever quantities you need right from stock, and as long as it comes to $5,000, you will get a free Lista. If you decide to redesign this kit, we will email or mail you a spreadsheet where you can enter the quantities and sizes you do desire. These 2 flute tools are designed specifically for high speed machining in aluminum. This roughing tool will plunge, slot and profile in all non-ferrous materials. Use of ZRN coated tools for higher speed rates and better tool life. ZRN coating does not have an affinity for aluminum and will also work well in brass and bronze applications.
These 45 degree tools are designed to slot and profile in stainless steel and other similar alloys. The 3 flute geometry is designed for higher speeds and feeds while providing a shearing action that produces excellent finishes. TiALN coating increases the SFM 40%.
This rougher is designed to remove maximum material with minimum vibration or chatter. This tool will work in hardened steels, titanium, inconel, and other space age materials while milling faster than conventional finishing endmills.
This is what your end mill assortment can look like. All those dividers that you see, both horizontal and vertical, come with the Lista cabinet. This is an actual order in a Lista cabinet that someone bought. Yours will likely look different, but it is the same, clean original factory packaged tools that you will be getting. Please note, there are four other drawers in this cabinet.
