Here we have QTY.1 Nice VERY sharp threading tap, looks like it has only been used once. USA made by Winter. It is a 4 flute plug tap. This one is Just like the one in the photo. Overall length is 8" On this one the shank size is .478" so it is smaller than the threads enough so that you could tap a hole with threads for the full length of the tap, where as the one in the photo has a shank that is larger than the thread diameter.
