We are in the stone and logistics business. For our own use, we have built extremely heavy duty portable loading docks, which, as you can see in pics - are very durable. In pics, you see 6 portable loading docks and one forklift ramp. These are easily moved via flatbed, unloaded w/two heavy forklifts, and can be set up at your facility in a day. Everything is quick release/easy setup. As example, on an open lot, where trucks have access to all sides of docks, the system you see here can handle as many as 17 trailers/vans/cntrs at once, w/one space taken for forklift ramp to boot. With this equipment, you can take a vacant piece of property, and turn it quickly (in a day) into a functioning crossdock facility/terminal hub, for temporary or permanent use. The deck of a single loading dock measures 8'x40'. We recomment a minimum of 3 loading docks to be used as a crossdock setup, but one can connect together as many as 30+ for a very large facility/capacity. We are able to construct also w/cover for use as warehouse.
