The M1000 Series Signal Conditioning is designed to match any sensor to any recording systems providing all the necessary features such as excitation, bridge completion, amplification etc, In an extremely flexible and cost effective package.
By virtue of its modular design any test configuration. irrespective of transducer type or mix, can be accommodated.
A range of cabinets is available, accepting up to 6. 12 or 24 channels in any combination, so offering the most cost-effective choice to the user. Proven world-wide operation in airborne, vehicle-borne, seaborne and laboratory environments, makes the system an automatic choice for apphcations where maximum flexibility andior packing density are required.
Soldering:jurnper pin manipulation etc. have been eliminated for all normal input combinations by means of a six pole DIL switch located on the side of the module. This ensures that The channels can be configured quickly and easily with a minimum of fuss.
Disturbance monitoring, data compression and expansion can all be achieved simply by installing the M1036 plug-in module.

Dual range LED display shows channel number, calibration input and voltage output for each channel.
±1mV through ±10V continuously variable (Four switched ranges with fine interpolation control).
The bridge supply may be de-energised using the On/Off toggle switch.
Output Conditioning (M1000-24 only):
The M1000-24/P has an output conditioning section (accessed by a hinged cover on top of the cabinet, which accepts various post-conditioning cards. e.g. active filters, inteqrators, power amplifiers etc.
If this section is not used it is necessary to fit Channel Compensation Cards type M1088-P to route the voltage and current outputs through to the rear panel connectors..

The output conditioning section accepts a range of plug-in high level post-conditioning cards. In addition to the standard cards shown below a large library of specials’ has been developed. (Consult factory for details).
