Branson Plasma Etcher Complete unit with RF Supply and controller. 2 barrels handle up to 8 inch wafers.
This item is used and was pulled from a fab in working order. It was primarily used for ashing photoresist in O2 plasma but was also used for etching polysilicon and silicon nitride for large geometry features. The chambers are two sizes. The larger chamber was utilized with a low profile boat to process 8 inch wafers. The smaller chamber could be utilized for 6 inch wafers or smaller but was never used. The tag on the back says Model # Reactor Center PM-21020 Serial # MF544 RO-1
