Available for inspection and/or purchase at our Miamisburg, Ohio warehouse, FOB truck, is this "ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT", D.E. Smith Associates, Inc. Coolant Clarifier (Filtration System/Chiller), Model LV638, S/N W1863C, Manufactured New in 2002. This unit was used in conjunction with a Cincinnati 320 Series Centerless Grinder, but can be used in any application where the filtration and chilling of coolant is required. The filtration system and pumps are the product of D. E. Smith and Associates, Inc., and the chiller is a Koolant Koolers, Inc., Model HCV3000-SSC-AT, S/N 17610. From the information we gathered from D. E. Smith and Associates, Inc. this unit is capable of processing 80 GPM to 100 GPM of fluid with steel particles and 30 GPM with cast iron particles. This unit was used to process coolant on machines grinding steel forgings.
