Monitor: Rugged 10" Resistive touch screen color monitor.
Keyboard: Allows keyboard for flexibility of operation allows keyboard or touch screen control system.
Delivery System: Electrically-heated hose is 5/8" ID and accepts 3/8" tubing for ease of cleanup. Hose temperature is controlled from the computer screen. Power to hose is supplied from conviently located cannon connector on back of unit.
Reservoir: 10 gallon material reservoir with built-in heater is insulated. (Heater NOT Included)
Tank Support Column: Easily adjustable for varying mold tool heights and is equipped with an adjustable bottom splash tray for efficient cleanup.
Fill Port: 3" ID material fill port accepts chunks or premixed frozen as well as liquid material without having to remove the reservoir lid.
Agitator: Air-Driven variable speed agitator has gear reduction for low speed and high torque for even the most viscous materials.
Light Tower: Five color light tower with audible alarm allows operator to monitor the status of the machine as it proceeds through the molding process.
Input/Output: Up to 24 thermocouples inputs from tool or external sources available.
Solenoids: Industrial solenoids for vacuum, pressure and agitator are controlled and sequence by the computer program.
Storage Step: Enclosure with the diamond-plate hinged cover houses optional vacuum pump (PUMP NOT INCLUDED-If need, use a Welch 1402 Vacuum Pump 5 CFM) and can be used by the operator as a work step for operation and cleaning of the unit.
