Blue Max 308/308L stick electrode, is ideally suited for joining 304 and 304L stainless steels. Can also be used on other common austenitic stainless steels referred to as 18-8. All-position welding, except vertical down.
? Distinctive blue coating means a very smooth arc with spray type metal transfer.
? Excellent operator appeal ? low spatter, and exceptional wetting action. Can be lightly dragged without freezing to the weld.
? Manufactured under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 requirements.
? For joining 304 and 304L stainless steels.

? ASTM A743 or A744 Types CF-8 and CF-3.
? Diameters up to and including 5/32" (4.0mm) are designed for all-position welding, except vertical down.
