WHAT THE MANUFACTURER STATES ABOUT THEIR CURRENT PRODUCT: The Burkert Model 142 is a 2-way servo-assisted solenoid valve designed for use on aggressive fluids. Its all plastic body and non-metal internals makes the 142 valve suitable for difficult applications such as medium concentration acids and bases, electroplating systems, effluent treatment, chemical and textile processes, food and pharmaceutical processing. The valve features an isolating diaphragm between the solenoid and fluid.
