This is the Maxon SM-4450 mobile UHF 16 channel 40 watt radio. It is in the 450-470mhz frequency range and is narrowband capable. It does not have the microphone. This unit is tested to power on. It appears working but no other tests were done as I do not have a mic or antenna.
