The bracket is metal and the sleeve is heavy duty rubber.
The sleeve is 5-1/2" across, the rubber is 7/16" thick, the inside diameter of the opening is 4-5/8" across.
It mounts to the vehicle with 5 bolts (not included).
The inside is stamped Ziamatic Corp Yardley Pa Model NCM HT FT.
