4 jaw 5" chuck. Independent adjusting jaws. No key included. Has 1-1/2"-8 threaded mounting. Jaws adjust smoothly and chuck is in nice shape. No markings/brand that i can find on it. See photos. Acquired with a South Bend 9" lathe model 677Y. Previous owner took the lathe apart and started painting it, never finished and sold it.
