Process Combustion Corporation built this 6MM BTU horizontal furnace and it is brick lined, includes the heat exchanger, controller, blower, and a silencer for the inlet air flow. The system was designed to operate with a rotary furnace to vitrify soil making a glass like substance. It can also be used to melt metals, as a dryer, and in many other applications.
