Honestly, I have no idea what this thing is for. It seems (according to the diagram in the installation manual) to connect to Helium supply tanks and a manifold and pump. If you have any specific questions, I'll be happy to try and answer them. The actual tank is some type of plastic, and is exactly one (1) gallon in size.
