USED: T&C stainless reactor, 1000 liter (264 gallon), 316L stainless steel, vertical. 40" diameter x 48" straight side. Dished top and bottom. Internal rated 50 psi/FV at 302 deg F, dimple jacket rated 150 psi/FV at 302 deg F. Off center top entering Philadelphia agitator, model PMG-14, ratio 5:1, 240 output rpm. 1-1/4" diameter shaft with a 3 blade turbine, driven by a 1/4 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1140 rpm motor. Includes a mechanical seal. (3) Side wall baffles, (2) spray balls. Openings: top (6) 1-1/2" tri clamp, (3) 4" tri clamp, 16" manway with a 3" sight glass in the cover. Approximate 2" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs. Approximate 18" discharge height. Built 2002.
