This is a 650nm module, 200mW 90-240VAC or 2.2VDC configuration, current draw 330mA. Unit is also supplied with a 110/240 VAC power supply board to provide TTL capability.
Module size is 17mm wide X 13mm X 52mm ong. OEM power supply is 40mm X 100mm.
