Tank, 125 gallon, type 304 stainless steel, 24" diameter x 48" straight side x 24" deep cone bottom. Vertical tank with quick opening top, last used as flash vessel for cheese cooling and evaporating, 6" diameter, tangential side inlet, 4" diameter center bottom outlet, with tri-clover fitting, 1.5 hp motor with right-angle gearbox with center agitator with vertical auger discharge screw in bottom. Excellent condition.
