We don't know anything about rheometers, but we plugged this one into a 230 volt outlet. The power lights and LEDs came on. We pressed the Start button and the shaft began to turn and the RPM readout began to display RPM. We turned the dial to increase the RPM and the shaft began to speed up and the RPM readout began to increment. No further testing was done.
* 2 labeled "measuring heads. One is attached to the machine & labeled Type R.E.E.6. The unattached measuring head is Type C.E.O. 6.
* 1 labeled "extruder," Type 100 G.8R.
* 1 unlabeled attachment looks like it might be an extruder with a heating element on it (all wires are insulated).
We did not test any attachments.
There is a "digital temperature indicator" that has a missing cover over the LED-however, the LED still works.
