4 cutters. 4" diameter. 1-3/4" depth to edge of insert. Depth dimension can be changed.
Following on face of cutter: 4" dia.R.H.TBA-4R Blade TR-84 Wedge T-189 R. Inserts are tooth positioned with toothed wedge to secure the insert.
Excellent Condition. Inserts appear used. Not sure how much.
